ROLL OFF STYLE SLUDGE MATE & POLY MATE IN ACTION

	The Poly Mate polymer injection system combines the digester sludge with chemicals for flocculation.
	The Poly Mate brings the flocculated sludge into the Sludge Mate for dewatering.
	The bottom ports on the Sludge Mate are attached to hoses that run the water back to the headworks.
	The Sludge Mate will eventually fill up.
	As the water drains out of the side filters, the sludge begins to cake.
	A closer look shows the sludge pulling away from the filter.
	After fully dewatering, simply dump the sludge cake into a landfill, land apply it, or drop it in your drying bed for later hauling.
