Standard Style

Container filter support panels are load support for the filter media and are constructed of 1/4" carbon steel perforated plate (1/4" hole on 3/8" center). A wide range of filter media is available for this style. Filter media with back-up material is contour fitted onto support panels and secured in place with retainer bars, stainless steel socket set screws with fender washers, and acorn nuts. Filter support and filter media cover the floor and part of side walls of container. Side wall filters drain into bottom cavity. Filter supports are removable for cleaning of container.

Gravity/Vacuum Style

Container filter support panels are load support for the filter media and are constructed of 1/4" carbon steel perforated plate (1/4" hole on 3/8" center). A wide range of filter media is available for this style. Filter media with back-up material is contour fitted onto support panels and secured in place with retainer bars, stainless steel socket set screws with fender washers, and acorn nuts. Filter support and filter media cover the floor, part of side walls and front wall of container. Wall filters drain into a cavity separated from the cavity to which the bottom filters drain. This allows sludge to dewater by gravity through side filters while a pump can be used to pull a vacuum on the bottom filter. Filter supports are removable for cleaning of container.
