The Mix Mate is used for rapid and thorough mixing of two or more liquid streams. It is especially effective as a sludge-polymer mixing device, because the Mix Mate produces uniformly flocculated sludge ready to be dewatered.

Standard units handle flow rates in the 10 - 400 gpm range and are constructed of a carbon steel body with a rubber nozzle plate. Other materials of construction are available upon request.

To prevent clogging rubber nozzle plate opens under pressure to release obstruction, passing it on downstream.
