POLY-MATE® Polymer Mixing and Injection System

Patent numbers 5,765,946 and 6,000,839

Poly-Mate® Polymer Injection Systems can be used for either liquid or dry polymer mixing and injection.

The Poly-Mate® Models 250 through 2000 are designed to be used with liquid polymer, which is manually added to the batch tank. An electric agitator is used for dispersing and blending the neat polymer with water. The dilute solution is then injected via pump into the Mix Mate manifold producing uniformly flocculated sludge ready to be dewatered.

All Poly-Mate® incorporate the patented Mix Mate manifold for blending of sludge with polymer.

Available models:
  • 250 - Tank with agitator separated from injection pump skid - for low sludge flows (up to 100 gpm).
  • 500 - Tank with agitator separated from injection pump skid for ease of placement in tight locations. For sludge flows above 100 gpm.
  • 1000 - All components are skid mounted, including batch tank and agitator.
  • 2000 - All components are skid mounted including two batch tanks. This model allows for the continuous delivery of dilute polymer.
  • 3000 - Skid mounted unit with dual tanks, transfer pump, level controls, and neat polymer pump for the automatic continuous mixing and injection of liquid polymer.
  • 4000 - Designed for use with dry polymer this skid-mounted model includes a single agitated batch tank, Jet Shear® II, hopper, eductor and recirculation pump. Dry polymer is manually added through a mixing hopper.
  • 5000 - This two tank skid mounted unit with Jet Shear® II, hopper, eductor, and recirculation pump allows for the continuous mixing and injection of dry polymer. The polymer is manually added through a mixing hopper.
