This unit is a water-tight steel container built to be handled by a standard roll-off hoist. The Sludge Mate^® Container Filter has filter screens on both sidewalls and a center screen panel which all drain to a common cavity. Options include a bottom filter that drains to a separate cavity allowing for vacuum enhancement of the dewatering process.

The Roll-Off Sludge Mate^® Container Filter is available in 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 cubic yards. These units are equipped with a side-hinged full opening gasketed rear door, a hook and rail placement (36 1/2") to be picked up by a standard hook and cable life. 3" drainage ports, an inspection port with valve, two sight eyes for monitoring the level of sludge in the container, wash out ports for cleaning behind the filter panels, two 4" pump out ports, and a single 3" or 4" inlet manifold. The unit is sandblasted on all surfaces with a commercial blast, primed with a two-part epoxy primer and upper coated with an urethane enamel.

Options include a peaked roof with hinged bolt-down hatches, a side-to-side rolling tarp with tarp bars and tarp rolling hardware, and a choice of filter media. Other attachments/substructure modifications to allow container to be picked up by devices other than the standard hook and cable.

The fully enclosed system is not weather dependant and will keep noxious odors contained.
