The "Sludge Mate^®" Container Filter is a simple one step process for dewatering a variety of sludges.

The Sludge Mate^® Container Filter has no moving parts, requires minimal labor, has extremely low maintenance, and is very economical to use.

The addition of the Poly-Mate^® Polymer Mixing and Injection System assists in conditioning the incoming sludge. Sludge is pumped into the Sludge Mate's^® inlet manifold through the mixing manifold on the Poly-Mate^® Polymer Mixing and Injection System. Poly-Mate^® prepares sludge for ease of dewatering and clarity of discharged fluid. Several models of the Poly-Mate^® are available, some incorporating the patented Jet Shear^® II mixing unit with proprietary double elliptical mixing nozzles.

The Sludge Mate^® dewaters digester sludge, septic tank waste, grease trap waste, lagoon sludge, slaughter house waste, waste water residual, sump bottoms, and industrial waste.
