mounted Sludge Mate® Container
Filters are available in 5, 7, 12, 20, 25,
30, and 40 cubic yards with dump capacities
ranging from 10,000 lbs. to 80,000 lbs.
All trailer mounted units have tandem dual
suspension axles ranging from 6,000 - 25,000
lbs. Units from 5 to 20 cubic yards have
all wheel electric brakes, the larger units
have various choices of brakes to match
the specific truck that will be hauling
them.

mounted Sludge Mate® Container
Filters' hydraulic systems are battery powered
electric over hydraulic up to 15 cubic yards.
Standard units from 20 to 40 cubic yards
are PTO driven. Units up to 25 cubic yards
have a 3" 45,000 lb. pintel ring for towing
(other type hitches are available as an
option). Units from 30 cubic yards have
a 3/8" kingpin for fifth-wheel towing.
Options
include same as Sludge
Mate plus hydraulically operated rear
door, a platform for mounting Poly
Mate, and an electric generator for
independent operation of all components.
Roof and covers include a peaked roof with hinged bolt-down hatches, a side-to-side rolling tarp with tarp bars and tarp rolling hardware. There are also options for a choice of filter media based on your specific application.

mounted units are offered with or without
the Poly-Mate® Polymer Mixing and Injection System.
